E. Henry will continue to serve as the company’s Chief Executive Officer.  Curtis Woods, Chief Operating Officer for Alabama, will continue to manage the Alabama client base.  IT 4 the Planet will be leveraging the processes, procedures and standards that Integrated Solutions has been deploying over the last 3 years that enhance operational excellence.

IT 4 the Planet provides technology services to medical, legal, and professional practices with expertise in high-tech security assessment and network support for more than 200 clients.  With 20 years of experience in the medical, legal, retail services and manufacturing communities, IT 4 the Planet says that it is also the ‘IT expert for in-house IT experts,’ providing trouble-shooting and consultation.

Henry is the former Chief Information Officer for Regal Entertainment Group who helped lead that company through an explosive growth period to create the world’s largest theater operator.  Regal set the pace in their industry regarding the effective use of Information Technology which added tremendous business value.  He also helped initiate Fandango.com which was sold to Comcast for approximately $200 million in 2007.
